With zero monthly management fees, full transparency, and a structured approach to risk mitigation, our CRP-Shares Fund stands out as a superior alternative to traditional investment vehicles.
What is the CRP-Share Fund?
The Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share (CRPS) Fund allows investors to hold preference shares in Legion Capital. These shares provide priority dividend payouts, ensuring investors receive their returns before common shareholders. The CRP-Shares structure is both:
- Cumulative – If a dividend is missed, it will be accumulated and paid out in the future.
- Redeemable – The company has the right to repurchase shares at a predetermined price and date, offering flexibility and liquidity.
This structured investment approach enables steady income generation and protection against capital erosion, making it an attractive option for investors seeking long-term stability.
