Performance Fee

Performance fees are payable on outperformance of the yearly dividend benchmark and will only apply once returns in excess of the benchmark has been achieved. The performance for each period reflects the return for investors who have been fully invested for that period. Individual investors performance may differ as a result of initial CRPS investment, the actual investment date, the date of reinvestments and potential dividend pay-outs. 

Full performance calculations are available from the manager on request. The performance is for illustrative purposes only. The CRPS investment performance is calculated by taking the actual initial investment into account for the amount shown and dividens that are reinvested on the reinvestment date.
